Search and Discovery

As your Prompt Library grows, finding the right asset quickly becomes critical. LLMx Prompt Studio provides robust tools for discovery and navigation.

Filter & Search

Located at the top of the Sidebar, the Search () button toggles the search bar.

• Real-time Filtering: As you type, the file tree instantly filters to show only matching items. Parent folders of matching items remain visible to preserve context.
• Clear Filter: Used the ‘X’ button to clear your search and restore the full tree view.

Tree controls

For easier viewing of large libraries:

• Expand All (): Opens every folder in the library. Useful for getting a bird’s-eye view.
• Collapse All (): Closes all folders, showing only the root level items.

Visual Indicators

The library provides subtle visual cues to help you distinguish content:

• Icons:
  • Folder: Standard container.
  • Prompt: A prompt containing substantial content.
  • Empty/New Prompt: A prompt with little to no content (< 20 chars).
• Selection: The currently active item is highlighted in blue.
