Managing Assets
Drag and Drop
Rearrange your library by simply dragging items. The interface provides visual cues for precision placement:
- Top/Bottom: Places the item before or after the target.
- Center: Places the item inside the target folder.
Note: You need Editor permissions to move or reorder items.
Naming & Renaming
- Double-click a folder to expand/collapse it.
- Right-click any item to access the Context Menu for renaming or deleting.
Metadata & Tags
Folders can hold metadata such as tags and variables. These are indicated by a small “settings” icon () next to the folder name. This allows you to define context-specific variables that apply to all prompts within that folder (e.g., a default
tone variable for a Marketing folder).
