The Prompt Library is built for teams. Access is controlled by organization-level roles, ensuring that critical assets are protected while enabling broad collaboration.
Roles
Permissions are strictly enforced at the API level (Backend) and reflected in the UI.

Viewers
Viewers can explore the entire library, search, and copy prompt content. They cannot make any changes. This role is ideal for:
- Business stakeholders reviewing copy.
- Developers implementing prompts who don’t need to modify them.
- Auditors or Compliance teams.
Editors
Editors have full read-write access to the library. They can create, specificy structure, and manage the lifecycle of prompts. Ideally for:
- Prompt Engineers.
- AI Researchers.
- Product Designers.
Real-Time Updates
The Library stays in sync across all active users. If a team member adds a folder or renames a prompt, your view will update automatically without needing to refresh the page.
